Jim Cadotte has been playing bass in the Detroit metropolitan area in a variety of bands for 28 years. He first started playing bass guitar when he was 15 years old. Ten years later, he learned how to play the upright bass.
Jim has been playing with Charuba for the past two years. In addition to playing with Charuba he currently works with the Tom Alport Big Band and is a house musician at St. Thomas Moore Church in Troy. He also is employed as an instrumental music teacher for the Grosse Pointe Public Schools.
